What we collect

On this website we keep things minimal. The information we hold is what you actively provide:

• Early-access & interest lists. If you join the first-access list or register partner interest, we store the details you enter — your email, and for partners your name, market and any message.
• Basic technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider processes standard request information (such as IP address and browser type) to serve pages securely and reliably.
• A single preference. If you enter an access key for an invited page, we store a small flag in your browser so you don't have to re-enter it. It stays on your device.

We do not collect payment details, government IDs, or sensitive personal information through this website.

How we use it

We use the information you give us for a short list of clear purposes:

• To notify you when ORB opens, and to send launch invitations and updates you've asked for.
• To review and respond to partnership interest.
• To operate, secure and improve the website.

That's it. We don't build advertising profiles, and we don't use your information to follow you around the web.

Sharing

We never sell your information. We share it only with the trusted service providers that help us run ORB — for example, our website host and the tools that store list sign-ups and deliver email. They may process it only on our instructions.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety and rights of ORB and others.

Cookies & tracking

This site is intentionally light. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The only things we store in your browser are the small preferences needed for the site to work — such as remembering an access key you've entered.

Your rights & choices

Your information is yours. At any time you can ask us to:

• Show you what we hold about you.
• Correct anything that's wrong.
• Remove you from a list or delete your details entirely.

Just email us and we'll take care of it. Every marketing message also includes a way to unsubscribe.

The ORB app

This policy covers orbmade.com. The ORB mobile app is a separate experience with its own, more detailed privacy practices — described in its App Store listing and in the app's own privacy policy. Nothing here changes those terms.
